Message	hello, I may need help on my new engine. its an NA engine and Ill try to describe it as much as I can, maybe someone can chime into what im doing wrong. EGR delete AIV delete battery relocated to the back (positive cable ran to the starter, negative to ground close to the battery on the back) alternator is plugged, its got 2 ground cables, 1 goes to the alternator and 1 is flying since Idk where it goes. everything is connected, just the O2 and the knock sensor may be switched, but would that make the engine not start? im writing this just coming off the garage, im exhausted and need the car going by the end of the month. any help is appreciated.
